✅ Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled only before the product has been shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID.
Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed as per our refund policy.
❌ Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.
❌ Customised Products (Strict Policy)
Customised / personalised products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the order is placed.
This includes (but is not limited to):

Products customised with a child’s name

Personalised worksheets, books, or printables

Any product created specifically based on customer input

2. Refund Policy
Eligible Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if:

The order is successfully cancelled before shipment

There is a duplicate or excess payment

The product received is damaged or incorrect (reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof)
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Delay caused by courier partners
